תיק מורכב של עיזבון יהודי מבאיה מארה (Maramures), שכלל איתור צאצאים של ניצולי שואה אשר עזבו לארגנטינה, ארה״ב וישראל. המחקר נמשך מעל שלושה חודשים וכלל מסמכים ארכיוניים מרומניה, מצבות במזרח אירופה וצומתי הגירה. A complex Jewish estate from Baia Mare, Maramures, requiring location of descendants of Holocaust survivors who emigrated to Argentina, the U.S., and Israel. The investigation spanned over three months, drawing on Romanian archival records, tombstones in Eastern Europe, and immigration nodes.

משפחה ישראלית פנתה אלינו לאחר שניסיונות קודמים נכשלו בשל היעדר מסמכים. בנינו תיק מתועד הכולל רישומי קהילה מגליציה, תעודות הגירה לארץ-ישראל בתקופת המנדט, ואימות שמות מאוית בעברית. An Israeli family approached us after prior attempts had failed due to missing documents. We built a documented case including community records from Galicia, Mandate-era immigration certificates, and verification of Hebraized name spellings.

פיצול מורכב של זכויות בנדל״ן בירושלים Complex Real Estate Rights Division in Jerusalem

תיק שכלל נכס נדל״ן משמעותי ויקר בירושלים, אשר היה בבעלות יהודי ספרדי שנפטר ללא צוואה. נדרש לאתר את כל בעלי הזכויות החוקיים, תהליך שכלל מחקר גנאלוגי מתמשך לאורך תקופה של מעל 100 שנים, חציית כמה גלי הגירה וחיבור לעצי משפחה ביוון, טורקיה ובלגיה. A case involving a significant high-value Jerusalem property owned by a Sephardic Jew who died intestate. Required identifying all lawful rights holders, in a process spanning over 100 years of genealogical research, multiple migration waves, and family trees from Greece, Turkey, and Belgium.

ד״ר לאה הבר-גדליה היא חוקרת גנאלוגית מובילה בישראל, עם מעל 25 שנות ניסיון במחקר אילנות יוחסין ושושלות משפחתיות, חקר קהילות יהודיות בתפוצה ושירותים גנאלוגיים-משפטיים. את הדוקטורט שלה סיימה בשנת 2004 באוניברסיטה העברית בירושלים (תזה: שינוי של זהויות קולקטיביות בעת מלחמה ושלום).

במהלך השנים שימשה יו״ר וגם מזכ״ל האגודה הישראלית לחקר שורשי המשפחה (עיל״ם), ארגנה וניהלה כנסי גנאלוגיה בינלאומיים, כתבה רשומות גנאלוגיות רבות (פנקסי קהילות, חקר קהילות יהודיות במזרח אירופה) אשר פורסמו בארכיונים רבים בארץ ובעולם, ומשמשת מרצה בכירה בקורסי גנאלוגיה שונים.

ד״ר הבר-גדליה הקימה ומובילה את GeniExperts כמכון מחקר מוביל בישראל. הדוחות הגנאלוגיים המיוצרים על ידי המכון מוכרים על ידי מערכת המשפט בישראל.

Dr. Lea Haber-Gedalia is a leading Israeli genealogical researcher with over 25 years of experience in family tree research, lineage investigations, Jewish diaspora community studies, and legal-genealogical services. She earned her Ph.D. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2004 (Thesis: The Change of Collective Identities in War and Peace).

She has served as both Chair and Secretary General of the Israeli Association for the Study of Family Roots (IGS), organized and led international genealogy conferences, authored numerous genealogical records (community ledgers, Eastern European Jewish community studies) published in archives in Israel and abroad, and serves as a senior lecturer in genealogy courses.

Dr. Haber-Gedalia founded and leads GeniExperts as a top research institute in Israel. The genealogical reports produced by the institute are recognized by the Israeli court system.
